1. Custom Orders

• All custom patches are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

• If there is a defect or issue with your custom order, please contact us withinX days for a resolution.

2. Pre-Made Patches

• Pre-made patches may be returned withinX days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed withinX business days back to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges
